Sort of a typical winter weather day for District 3. Muliple vehicle accidents resulting in closing US 69 several times so tow companies could recover vehicles, all thanks to the freezing drizzle.To top off the day District 3 worked our 5th structure fire for December.

Second house fire for December, this one in the Bronson area. Another good response and save by District 3. Fire had spread into a wall and two attic spaces from a downstairs closet.Special thanks to Mercy EMS for their assistance.
December 1st mobile home fire in the Uniontown area was a good save. No contents lost and no injuries. The fire was contained to a closet and attic space and quickly extinguished.Great response by 15 District 3 personnel, with assistance from Redfield Fire District 4.
